Elik-tronics was founded in 1997 by electronic engineer and CEO (BSc. Electronic Engineering Technion Haifa, MBA University of Manchester), holding 35 years of experience in FPGA/CPLD designs and development of boards.
With the enormous growth in the PLD market and with the development of new technologies (towards the million gates count), Elik-tronics became also an expert in complex FPGAs.
In 1998 Elik-tronics became an ACAP member by ALTERA Corp. ALTERA was recently acquired by Intel FPGA and merged with Allot.
